Second Democratic Governor in 17 Months Signs Ultrasound Bill!
MIAMI-Today, the Christian Family Coalition announced that West Virginia recently became the 20th state in the nation to enact ultrasound legislation which allows women the opportunity to see an ultrasound before having an abortion. West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin signed the bill after it was overwhlemingly approved by the state legislature.
